TASTING NOTES

Immediately refreshing with light hop character. Slightly bitter. Finishes dry. Hoodoo will pair well with sautéed shrimp, fresh fish seasoned with lemon, smoked salmon, grilled chicken, and bratwurst.

STORY

A hoodoo is a tall, this spire of rock that protrudes from the bottom of a basin or badland that are mainly located in the dry, hot areas. Hoodoos can reach heights exceeding that of a 10- story building. So why the name of your beer you might be wondering…well, nowhere in the world are Hoodoos more abundant than right here in our home state, more specifically, in Bryce Canyon National Park.
